The search boxes send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies sponsored results. Cabot People Search does not keep a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you send a message through a contact route, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to respond.
Automatic Site Data
Our hosting systems record ordinary server-log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. That information is used in aggregate to operate the site, troubleshoot errors, and understand which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
The data described above is used to run the site, repair technical problems, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists. We do not build individual visitor profiles.

Each linked site has its own privacy rules, and information submitted there is controlled by that outside service. Sponsored search results are supplied by a third-party company and are governed by that company's policy.

Hosting and technical-service providers process server logs for this site. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it. Visitor data is not otherwise shared.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served through an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes listed in this policy. Because the site does not operate user accounts, it does not maintain visitor passwords or account profiles.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. Arkansas research did not locate a broad California-style consumer data-deletion law for this site; Arkansas public-record privacy is handled through specific laws such as the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, court Administrative Order 19, vital-record restrictions, secure-voter rules, and the Address Confidentiality Program. Because this site holds very little, most requests involve checking contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Cabot, Lonoke County, Arkansas offices, courts, or custodians are outside our control, and removal or correction requests must go to the custodian.
