Confidential by law. Social Security numbers, driver license or ID numbers, source-of-registration data, and secure voter addresses are not public voter-list fields. Ark. Code Ann. § 7-5-109 says a county clerk shall not reproduce a secure voter's address unless otherwise authorized.
